“Collective Problem Solving for Partners”: Register Now!
The second workshop in the PFS Partnership Workshop series, “Collective Problem Solving for Partners” is designed to provide a reflection and planning space for partners to receive individualized support for their projects. All who are engaged in PK-16 partnership activity are encouraged to attend and to bring a partner!

On Friday, March 22nd minimum-time AmeriCorps members gathered for reflection activities and professional development workshops.
VISTA Voices: Rachel Wall
Rachel Wall joined AmeriCorps after graduating in order to become more intimately acquainted with the contemporary issues surrounding higher education, and also to gain experience with working in the nonprofit sector. She works with Connect to College, which is a student support service that has created a community of scholars with the intention of systematically changing the way students connect at the Community College of Rhode Island.

RICC VISTA’s Participate in Winnepaug Pond Clean-Up for AmeriCorps Week!
RICC Staff and AmeriCorps*VISTA’s participated in the Winnepaug Pond Clean-Up on Saturday, March 16th. Volunteers removed debris and trash that had settled in the salt marsh following Hurricane Sandy. Local volunteers will continue cleaning up the area throughout the Spring.
