The 2015 ERCC Conference will highlight emerging theory and practices in place-based collective impact initiatives. It provides a forum to showcase the strategic engagement of faculty, students, and the wider higher education community by emphasizing engaged scholarship, cross-sector partnerships and student research.
The conference aims to:
- Demonstrate both innovation and broader impact as outcomes of community engagement
- Highlight best practices in place-based, issue-driven faculty/student engaged scholarship
- Advance understanding of the intersection of community engagement and collective impact
- Offer a strong array of pre-conference workshops that advance community engagement practices in higher education
